Dimensionally Stable & Weatherproof – The Speck Rack Pack is a dimensionally stable bag for your rack. Designed to focus on the essentials, it’s ideal as a complement to the mini panniers for carrying a tent and sleeping bag, or as lightweight, aerodynamic gear for fast-paced tours. Thanks to the sturdy, non-slip bottom, a steady fit is guaranteed, and the bag remains completely dimensionally stable even on rough trails, sitting securely on the rack without wobbling. The robust roll-top closure allows you to seal the contents weatherproof and compress them optimally. The closures are designed so that they can be operated safely even in cold weather and while wearing thick gloves.

Aerodynamic & Well-Thought-Out – The slim contour ensures minimal air resistance. Since the Rack Pack rests entirely on the rack, any dropper post you might be using remains fully adjustable. On the outside, the Rack Pack offers a holder for the taillight and for tent poles. An adjustable elastic cord on the top provides additional space for lightweight clothing. Flat valuables can be safely stored in the inner compartment. The lightweight, abrasion-resistant material is ideal for the toughest conditions on rocky and gravel roads.

Mounting & Packing Tips – Since the center of gravity is higher on the rack, you should pack light but bulky items in the Rack Pack. This will not impair handling on narrow paths. To close the bag, pull both plastic plugs apart and roll the end of the bag downwards over the sewn-in plastic strip at least three times or until the contents are sufficiently compressed. Mount the Rack Pack on the rack with the two included straps according to the instructions. The straps must be threaded under the elastic cords and tightened firmly. It is best to align the quick-release fasteners slightly to the side. Any Questions? Directly to the FAQ.

The Rack Pack is compatible with standard racks. It is designed so that the roll closure faces in the direction of travel.

• Risk of injury due to improper fastening: Before each ride, ensure that all fasteners (hooks, straps, or Velcro fasteners) are securely fixed and that the compression straps are tightly tensioned. Loose straps or bags can get caught in the spokes and cause serious falls. Distribute the load evenly.
• Risk of injury to children: Keep the bag, as well as loose straps and buckles, away from small children. There is a risk of strangulation from straps and a risk of choking from small parts.
