Returns
General Information
Every buyer has the right to return items received (exception: trekking food and gift certificates) to Speck Gear, Via Carnella 3, 7610 Soglio, within 14 days.
- Gift cards that have been personalized or already redeemed are excluded from the right of return.
- To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it must not have been used, must still have its tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For returns, Speck Gear may charge the buyer for the shipping costs incurred or deduct them from the refund amount (even if the original order included free shipping).
If you wish to request a return, please send us an email in advance to shop(at)speckgear.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Returns within the European Union
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

International Returns
We only accept international returns that have been previously registered at shop(at)speckgear.com and for which we have provided instructions via email on the correct return procedure. Otherwise, any customs duties and VAT incurred for import into Switzerland will be passed on to the customer and deducted from the total amount.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
